Return & Refund Policy

At CoverStick, the goal is to make sure every order arrives as expected and works as intended. If there is a problem with an order, customers should contact support as soon as possible at CS@coverstickgolf.com and include the order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original condition and original packaging. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Custom logo or personalized products

  • Items that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Clearance, final sale, or closeout items if marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, contact CoverStick within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. If the claim is approved, a replacement, store credit, or refund will be offered at CoverStick's discretion.

Return approval

Do not send items back without first receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by CoverStick. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by CoverStick (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled only for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items, or in other cases specifically approved by CoverStick.

Custom orders

Custom logo, custom color, or other made-to-order products are produced specifically for the customer and are therefore final sale, except in cases of manufacturing defect or fulfillment error.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact CoverStick first to resolve any order issue before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.
