By accessing or using the CoverStick website, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service.

Website use

The website and its content may be used only for lawful purposes. Customers may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website in a way that could harm CoverStick or other users.

Product information

CoverStick attempts to present products, colors, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible, but minor variations, updates, or errors may occur. Product images are for general illustration and may not perfectly reflect the delivered item.

Orders and cancellation

CoverStick reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, product availability issues, or problems with custom artwork submissions.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping charges are calculated separately unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual property

All website content, branding, text, graphics, product photos, designs, and other materials on the site are the property of CoverStick or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Customer-submitted artwork and logos

By uploading or submitting any logo, image, design, text, or other artwork for a custom order, the customer represents and warrants that:

  • The customer owns the rights to the submitted material or has permission to use it

  • The submitted material does not infringe any trademark, copyright, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights

  • The submitted material is lawful and suitable for production

The customer is solely responsible for the content they submit. CoverStick reserves the right to reject custom artwork for any reason, including suspected infringement, poor quality, illegibility, or technical limitations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoverStick is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the website or products purchased through the website.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law rules.
