Orders are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing time is 1-3 days for standard CoverStick orders. Custom or personalized orders may require additional production time.

Free Shipping  

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50 within the continental United States.

Shipping times

Estimated shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other conditions outside CoverStick's control.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or delayed packages

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, transit delays are generally outside CoverStick's control. If a package appears lost, contact CoverStick and the carrier so a claim can be reviewed.

Risk of loss

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, subject to applicable law.

International orders

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, import fees, or customs charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.
